Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to ensuring your orders are processed and delivered efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery times, costs, and related matters.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.

During peak seasons, promotional events, or due to unexpected demand, processing times may be extended.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders. All orders are delivered within 6–12 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, and package weight/size.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These offers will be clearly indicated on our website and are subject to terms and conditions.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order at support@Kloriva.com or text +1 (313) 451-7979.

While we will make every effort to accommodate address changes, we cannot guarantee success due to time constraints. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.


6. Delivery Issues & Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Once an order has been marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We recommend shipping to a secure address to avoid such issues.


7. International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories, APO/FPO, or P.O. boxes.


8. Split Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse locations. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.


9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products such as liquids, aerosols, or oversized items may be restricted from shipping by air or to certain states due to carrier or regulatory rules. Any restrictions will be displayed at checkout.


10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a carrier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, you may be responsible for reshipping fees. If a refund is issued instead of reshipping, original shipping charges will not be refunded.


11. Returns

Please refer to our Returns Policy for information on how to return packages. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
